The delivery technician was effective and professional with his job, and friendly and positive too. The only snag in the purchase was difficulty in getting confirmation and documentation that the payment had been received and the purchase was actually done. I had sent a chasier's check and the proof of its receipt was sent to the chair user not to me the buyer. No one ever told me that a check was not the desired payment method. Eventually, that was solved. The chair itself is exactly what my sister wanted and needs. She is delighted with her Hoveround power chair.

Ricky was accommodating and took the time to make sure that we understood every step that he explained with the chair the battery system how to recharge it how to adjust the handles and navigate ramps.

I was given time to view the video and explained if I had any questions. The gentleman explain a lot about the chair so that I would know how to use it. It’s different from my first chair , but I’m getting used to it and I think I like it better than my first chair
