Call back was quick. Lady that took my information was very pleasant. The man that called back was very efficient and did all the talking with my doctor to get approval paperwork done next week. Within 15-20 minutes everything was done and set up from the time I filled out the information online till the last call for doctor approval appointment.

Having reached at magic age of 80, trying to move forward in an environment that allows me to remain mobile is difficult it best. Your mobility specialist works very hard to handle this whole process with me. For that I am very very grateful.

The way time from the intake person to the next person was too long. I then had to wait on hold for the next rep to contact my doctor's office to schedule an appointment. I do appreciate however when I hung up knowing that the required paperwork is being faxed to the doctor so when I take my father to the doctor we will be able to get the insurance approval once the doctor signs off.

I didn't feel that the information I was given on my first call was detailed enough to understand the steps required to obtain a power wheelchair.
