It is very hard to learn how to maneuver the electric wheelchair. It is hard to try to get the wheelchair to go straight and to keep it so I just wonder if u guys would try to improve the joy stick to move forward better because like I said it is hard to keep it going straight.

Well the very first call i made was from a letter from Sarah Smith to inquire about the Hoveround. The customer service gave me wrong information, and they were not too nice either. So the last person i spoke with on the 21st of June was not cooperating with me at all, not being informative at all. So i told her to cancel, i couldn't take her rudeness anymore. Next i decided to Google the hoveround company to get a different #. When i called 800-850-2363 everything changed. Everyone was so helpful, i was so happy to have called this #. My favorite person at this # name was Rose. Thank you Rose! You helped me to the very end. You didn't give up on me. ROSE WAS AWESOME!!!❤
