EDIT: 7-5-23: Jasper (who is AWESOME by the way) came by and switched my wheels to the air filled version. OMG it is so much better, the relief of the quiet ride is welcomed. The only thing that wasn't 100% was at first, I ordered the bag with my chair then later I added the cup holder (so I thought) when it came, it had the cup holder but not the bag. Lastly, if you have hardwood floors the foam filled tires are NOISY.

On 4/17/23 during initial intake, Rachel went over all the accessories available and I selected only the cup-holder for $29.95. After two exams and nearly 3 months of waiting, the chair was delivered WITHOUT the cup holder. It was NOT on the order. I've tried 3 times since to order, but chair "not in system yet," so have to keep calling and will have to request not to pay for shipping on that.

Everything went well with the exception of time it took to get the chair approved and delivered. Communication to the physician office may have been a factor, however it also seemed all requests were not made at once. While I am satisfied in general, after the length of time it took for approval, even after I paid my copay there was a delay in delivery due to scooters being on back order. Communication to the patient on updates should have improvement. This will prevent the patient from calling many times to find out what the status is. I had to contact my insurance agent to assist in completing this project

I failed to mention that I have had multiple concussions.I fell off a roof and I was told I had fluid in the brain.
