I left a callback number the first time I called but when the call was returned, I was hung up on. I had to leave a callback number again. I’m EXTREMELY dissatisfied with getting the battery replaced in my scooter however, the mobility specialist who helped get the process started for a new scooter was OUTSTANDING! I spoke to the insurance company about the length of time it’s taken to have the battery replaced in my scooter and we were kicking around going to another company for a new scooter but, because this mobility specialist made it her mission to get this process started for me, I have decided to continue to use HoverRound. I have also relayed this information to my insurance company. This mobility specialist needs to be commended for her time, patience, knowledge and perseverance because, after 6-years, this is the first time I’ve been made to feel like my absolute immediate need for my scooter was as important to her as it is to me!
