One of our Mobility Specialists will contact you to answer any questions you have and help you through the application process.

¹Insurance coverage depends on medical necessity as determined by insurer. A valid doctor’s prescription is required. Medicare benefit is a 13-month rental, with ownership transferred to the beneficiary once payment has been made in full.
