I think follow up with me to let me know if I can get a hoveround would have been wonderful. My family doctor filed the necessary paperwork. I have not been informed where my application status is. It would have been better if I knew whether my application has been processed and whether I am going to get a chair. Thanks, Sandy Dill

The representative was very pleasant. A delight to talk to. I would have, however, appreciated a bit more training on how to use the chair. I am finding the chair a bit difficult to navigate. I get frustrated and get out. I will go back to it and get aggravated all over again.

My last wheelchair had a lever to adjust the back a little so I could adjust it to how my back was on a particular day and this one isn’t so it isn’t as good. You need to go back to the lever adjustment. This pain isn’t worth the lever missing for your company to save a little money.

Process took four times longer then first chair for a replacement chair. Soda holder and run flats should be automatic because having flats all the time then being weeks without a chair sucks

Things started out great now I just have to wait for my doctors appointment and see how things end up and see who pays what and if I am approved
