When shipping the chair the customer should be asked do they need the tie down bar and a cover even if the customer has to pay out of pocket. This is my second chair but difference size so I have to wait three weeks before I can load my chair on my truck. I am going to tell everyone how satisfied I am with my two chairs that I have received from Hoover-round. I love the chair just right. I have a one safety concern please give me a call 979-240-8488.
