Everyone at Hoveround has been so polite and helful. The delivery man that brought my chair was so polite and walked me through everything. He made sure i was comfortable with my chair and how to operate my chiar. I have nothing but the highest praise for the Hoveround team.

Only Company I've talked to that even hinted that Medicare might pay a large portion and your Gal called my Doctor's office with me on the line. Calling with me on the line also really answered everyone's questions.

The initial on boarding was spectacular, 5 star. But, once onboard the communications stopped there. I had no idea I was moved to a new department, a random email was sent to me that the link to 'myhoveround' never worked. After calling up, I was able to get the status of my chair, explained to her about the link, she said it didn't really give much info, that I could call and get more from them. I just wish there was a dedicated person tjat reached out to me along the way, after being brought on board.
