I'm very happy to finally get my chair, y'all helped me so much. I had so many problems getting the paperwork faxed to my clinic n y'all did everything you could to make it happen. Then the provider was being lax about returning the paperwork and y'all kept calling her till she did. I greatly appreciate your persistence.

I needed to ask how much was I going to pay for it, and then told me. She went on to say I needed a Dr. apt. Then she called them. I didn’t know she was going to do that until she was on the phone with them.

Everyone I had the pleasure to talk to were very friendly, professional, and very detailed. This is my second chair purchase from Hoveround. My first was October 26, 2015. John was awesome. He was professional, and friendly and very knowledgeable about everything hoveround. He answered all my questions in a way that was easy to understand, and didn't treat me like I was an idiot or that any question was stupid.
