You told me since I was seeing my Dr at 3pm that day that He could do my Mobility test during that appt. He was frustrated with you guys but I got the brunt of it because it has to be a total separate appointment just for the Mobility portion of an Appointment. #1- He was upset about that, & #2--I have just discovered I have a bad case of Lymphodema in both of my legs and I need this Hoveround NOW more than further down the road.

Seems to me the joystick is a little off. It will not go in a straight line without constant attention and adjustment.

All throughout the process of acquiring the chair everyone I dealt with was fantastic. The customer service provided was very professional, yet friendly. Jasper, the gentleman who delivered the chair was awesome and very good at explaining everything about the chair!

The only complaint I have, on one of the many conformations I had with you by phone I was told I could have A cup holder and a small side tote bag included in the purchase. It did not happen. That is the only complaint I have with agreeing with the terms of service.

After receiving referral for the mobility chair Hooveround informed me that day. This was a very easy and friendly encounter. The chair was delivered In less than one month. Also they were concerned and asked about other areas of my life that I could have had a problem with. This was a overall beautiful experience.

For better efficiency with processing you should explain, in the beginning, to the recipient about the paperwork completion requirements in order for the package to be submitted to Medicare. In that way he/she will be able to make certain that the Doctor’s office completes the package correctly.

I needed to ask how much was I going to pay for it, and then told me. She went on to say I needed a Dr. apt. Then she called them. I didn’t know she was going to do that until she was on the phone with them.
