I can see why you went to so solid rubber tires . Some people don't have access to an air compressor. You should make that an option. This is a rough riding chair . Do not like the ride . . Can I exchange the tires ?

I had a call to ask questions and someone call me back explain everything to me even made the appointment with my doctors office and it was very nice. They were very nice to me and explained everything right was very courteous so I give them a A+.
