Yes I don't know why I have to go back to the doctor when I just seen him a week before and I didn't know anything about not being able to get a scooter all I had to do was send a new new request and change it to a mobility chair it's not like anything got better it gets worse everyday

We were still in bed when he arrived. When we didn’t answer the door, he called me to let me know he was there. He was very professional about what happened. He explained everything to me so I could explain it to my brother. I am very satisfied with your company.

Samantha was extremely helpful with the process, she even reached out to my wife's PCP to schedule another appt for a mobility assessment. Hopefully we'll get all the issues resolved with the type of scooter we're going to need with the insurance.
