I am very happy with my Hoover round now I am able to go outside and enjoy, the chair is very comfortable I love that it has a seat belt overall the Hoover round is the best way to go thank you

I was surprised at when I was put on hold to wait for the or representative to talk with my doctor's office. A little bit of warning would have been helpful, because I hadn't hadn't yet had the opportunity to speak with my doctor about the mobility issue.

Eric is like a family member from politeness when arriving and proper instructions for operations and chair safety and any new changes that my be on my new chair. Before he get ready load his tools he has me test drive the new chair so I am happy with his fine tuning the chair too my needs. Then with a smile and a wave he,s off to his next call.

I didn't realize that the chair I got was so wide. My last one was perfect to get down hall's. This one isn't but this chair holds larger weight. I guess I have to diet.
