Experience was awesome and hoveround great benefit for mobility. Over past month we have noticed small grey pieces falling on floors when in use. Can not see under chair to determine cause.

When I asked one of the people that answered one time when I called how long it takes once the paperwork is submitted they absolutely refused to give me any kind of answer now we will talk about that once we get the paperwork we'll talk about that later on down the road that's stupid answers just give me you know probably maybe you know at least 3 weeks usually four to six you know just give an answer didn't make me very happy
