Being able to stay with the same specialist would really help. Laura was the lady I spoke with first. And she was very helpful. Wished I could have worked with her the rest of the way through it

First of all he contacted me before the delivery. The problem was I didn’t recognize the phone number but he came anyway. Yeah! He took his time and explained everything and recommended that I watch the DVD several times to get familiar with my chair. All in all he was very informative and I am enjoying my freedom and my chair. It’s a smooth ride. Thank you Keith and thank you Hoveround.

Although I’m still in the process of obtaining a motorized wheelchair for my mother. The representatives were very professional and courteous on the phone. On top of that. They were extremely attentive in the paperwork process without skipping a beat. Thank you.

I am very interested in a Hoveround. Have asked my Dr. to contact you for specifics as to what she needs to do. Unfortunately she is not easily contacted. I live in an Assisted Living Facility and she is the Dr. who sees patients here.
