Worst possible experience…. My mom’s unit stopped working 6 months after being purchased. Since then, over the past 6 months, the company keeps giving excuses of not being able to fix the unit, BUT won’t refund any money, claiming they can’t fix it yet but are trying. Be requested for management to call, but no call back. I’ve contacted customer service, and have been hung up on. My mom’s unit has been non-functional for six months and the company refuses to do anything other than to tell my mom to just wait and they’ll fix it when they can. I’d give 0 stars if I could.

Service on power chair was great . Was very disappointed that you had no one in my area ( NorteWest Indiana ) to help with power stairway lift .

He forgot to adjust the movement of the footrest. It makes a funny noice. He said it was the tread on the tires making the noice.it sounds like they are rubbing against something. Otherwise I love it.
