Explained the whole process from start to finish what needs to be done and explains the difference in insurance and what I may qualify for. Also if I am eligible for the power chair she explained about available accessories I can get and sent me out a catalog. Samantha was right on point.

No ramps in the beginning I was told that I would see tell me to contact me by phone never did they call about the ramp I'm very satisfied customer but contact me if you guys so the ramp for my truck okay and I like playing pay as I go

“Gayle” was indeed very unprofessional, rude & condescending when speaking to me this morning. Yesterdays phone call had the red flags throughout our conversation which set-up her behavior for this morning! Absolutely disgusting how her tone was with me. Instead of trying to be considerate of my needs & what I WANTED, she kept over talking me. She was very aggressive & dismissive of me as a customer & was down right adamant about me getting what SHE wanted me to get. Very disappointed . “Cynthia” was very nice & understanding. Thank you Cynthia. Nonetheless. I still would like to have Hoveround assist me in the future. NOT “Gayle” from Florida.

My dog was barking the whole time and sometimes I could not hear the rep. She was very patient when I asked her to repeat some questions. She was great, guiding me through the whole process.
