Well, all I can say is I am very satisfied with Thomas handled the whole situation and the help in getting things done thru the doctor. So far I had a excellent experience.

the only problem is that we did not recieve the cup holder and the side arm bad that was purchased. we still need them. I called about them...on hold for a while talked to someone for a couple minutes and got hung up on. ugh.
