Seems to me the joystick is a little off. It will not go in a straight line without constant attention and adjustment. Evidentally the problem was not the chair, the problem is/was me

The Mobility Specialist that helped me was very helpful and kind. She was very interested in anything that I had to say. I couldn't find a pen & was never in a hurry or inpatient. If every representative was that nice and informative the world would be a lot nicer place to live in.

Hi Just want to say purchasing this chair for my sister was the best shopping I have done in years. John the sales person on the phone was so nice , was very good to explain things . Greg the delivery person , was the best . He called twice to let me know how close is was to getting to the nursing home . Was able to explain thing to my sister so she feels better about her chair . There both keepers in my book for your business . Thanks so much both of you !! Just waiting for my paper work now , I will be good to go ! Thanks again Karen Jensen and Kim Jensen -Spoerl
