very good service............just exactly what I needed was a hefty person to lift me off of our bathroom flush toilet and study me into my old wheel chair. In steps your salesman delivery person. He was huge, muscular and black as the ace of spades. He met the ultimate positive rating. We were delighted to have him enter our home and to receive his instructions. I sent him home with a nice bag of our home grown tomatoes for his family. He would be granted access to our home anytime.

The person I talk to was Samantha very helpful concern for my mom well-being, we talked to my mom doctor office the nurse assistant, Samantha asked the nurse about video visit and they do have video visit and she agreed to the video visit with the doctor I didn’t know anything about that it help because my mom being falling lately and it was very helpful and I thanked Samantha for all her help setting up the appointment.

Better than any other w/c place I have encountered. Happy to be in the chair and hopefully this company doesn't leave. We're barely holding up to the experience of having to rely on motors to get back and forth. Always expect thee unexpected and be grateful for the use of the hoveround. They are working everyday during these hard times thank you again for your; help time, and understanding, on helping. we need more wheelchair technology. be patient while they get the insurance and everything else properly adequately distributed. It could be weeks could be months could be a year before your chairs working again. I thank you guys for all the work you do. God bless and good luck I still get to look at a broken chair.

I had a very pleasant experience with Denis purchasing our Hoveround Electric Wheel Chair, Hoveround Lift/swing arm. After many rescheduled delivery appointments, our merchandise was delivered August 16 by Steve who explained everything to us. We have practiced with chair and lift here at home. We are very satisfied customers and will recommend Hoveround if anyone asks us for information.

Excellent experience and very helpful for the Hover Company. The person who delivered the chair was very polite and did answer all my questions. He did not rush took his time with me. Timw of purchase to time pf delivery was very time consuming. Rep who delivered chair was very poorly dressed. Shorts and tee shirt, shorts were worn below the waist.
