Everything was great except there is some of the rubber that is tore on the control when delivered. I feel this should be corrected for the amount of money being paid.

The person I talk to was Samantha very helpful concern for my mom well-being, we talked to my mom doctor office the nurse assistant, Samantha asked the nurse about video visit and they do have video visit and she agreed to the video visit with the doctor I didn’t know anything about that it help because my mom being falling lately and it was very helpful and I thanked Samantha for all her help setting up the appointment.
