Everything was excellent. Suggestion - when I called in on Thursday your system very nicely said I was caller # 18 with a 38 minute wait. Some companies provide a leave your number and we will call you back. I placed an order for the swivel feature. Your representative was extremely helpful and very friendly. However I forgot to ask him if the charge which I am paying by Debit Card will at least be submitted to the insurance providers . With warm regards, Serial # 587,3395 Sept 8, 2022

First, want to tell you calling and actually get a person was fantastic! She was listened and asked questions then told me she would find someone to talk to and stayed on the line until connected. Customer service agent took my information and organized a visit with my doctor to asses. Professional and to the point. I’m so grateful for your help and look forward to the next step, you’ve given me some hope to perhaps have a electric chair. Again, thank you.
