Customer service representative was outstanding . As my journey continues with Hoveround, they continue to set to bar when it comes to making the whole process easier but always easier for my health care providers who need to be involved. Seems a bit complicated to get the chair with Medicare. I asked what the cost would be to buy it self-pay but I did not get an answer.

We are dealing with a situation where no one seems willing to commit or be pro-active in moving the process along, Hoveround called my Dr's office while I was on the line, and we were able to schedule an evaluation appointment.
