I was in need of a wheel chair right away called to get started in begining of July paper work kept being delay to be sent to the doctor. I fininally got chair on sept. 19 th. Iam happy with the chair it makes my life easer.

Awesome representative. Clearly understood everything that was explained about the hoveround safety and how to use it properly and in detail. The representative was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He was a GREAT asset to the company.

I think it's ridiculous that the insurance Co. Wants my Dr of 20+ yrs who got me my original Hoveround in or around 2009, knows reasons in detail better than me. Yet, we have to meet specifically to talk about this. But, this is not Hoveround's doing. It's insurance. Nevertheless you are making me put some kind of ridiculous note in here.

Everything from Hoveround was good. The doctor was the problem. They told me I was NOT qualified to get a chair! So they are NOT interested in the QUALITY of my life! Dr. told me to get physical therapy, which I already did! I did two rounds of 6 week cardiac rehab after getting two stents placed. I have been diabetic for fifty years, my feet are experiencing neuropathy, along with a year of chemotherapy my feet are troubled. I cant walk 20 yards! So if there is anything Hoveround can do to help, please let me know.

I don’t know if you could improve or not. The woman that I spoke with on the phone was fabulous. I wish I had a friend as special and concerned as she was. I am so glad she was the person I spoke with. It is very embarrassing to be disabled and she made me feel she understands.
