Tom was friendly spoke good clear English.(I have had people who don't speak very good English and speak very quiet and quickly with a bad accent.)He took his time and you could tell he was smiling on the other end. His communication and people skills were an A+. He was very professional.

Don’t turn it on until you are in the chair. It is easy to hit the power button when reaching back for the arm. I accidentally did that last night and it started moving before I was in the chair. Arms on the chair are a little short for me to reach back easy.
