I was surprised at how efficient the representative was in reaching my doctor. She is doing an evaluation for me to qualify on Monday of this week. I had a Hoveround years ago and loved it. I am looking forward to hopefully getting my Hoveround within the next month.

The Hoveround lady called today to get the order straight. I do want or can use a scooter which apparently my doctor's office ordered. The Hover round lady was so friendly.

I had to have one of the Nurses here make the call for me as I am very deaf. I was very pleased that they take care of everything almost. Thank you very much. I hope this worked out if I need assistance because some of the complaints on the Internet we’re not real good.
