I had 4 years of confusion and waiting after being told that I qualified for a new replacement Hoveround. When I thought that perhaps I was now really getting the new one, there was problem after problem until I finally received it! What a joy and relief. I didn't want to ask the man who brought it if there was supposed to be a head/neck support. Dr. Peter told me she prescribed one. Actually, I was afraid that the man would say that he would have to take it back. My old Hoveround made strange noises and I was afraid every time I used it outside and was by myself that it would break down completely. If you feel this issue needs to be considered you may contact me to make arrangements even though I selected "no" in question # 7.

The only prob!em that I had was it took so long for all the paperwork !! And I was not Happy with my Dr, She took to long to get all the paperwork to you!!

John was very nice and helpful. He did have to lower it and I foresee some problems getting that footstool up and down. Also thought I was going to get a cup holder, but overall it is an excellent chair. Very comfortable. And I look forward to adapting to my chair and hopefully improving my mobility needs. Thank you.

He showed me ways to get in and out of my driveway up little slopes and down he made sure I knew about changing speed level where to plug up for charge just very helpful made sure I understood operating of chair and made sure I felt comfortable using it. Explained that if had any problems it was covered by insurance.
