From the beginning my experience with hoveround has been totally awesome now John did delivered my new chair he was exceptional above and beyond the Call of Duty very patient spoke clearly spoke loudly enough for this old woman and yet this has been a pleasant experience and I thank all of you and hover around cause I'm sure one time or another I've talked to most of you so thank you.

There is a grinding noise as I am driving it, like gears grinding. He did not offer to adjust the arms and they needed it. Stil unablel to adjust the drive arm.

Everything was great with the delivery. Only one concern.. The front wheels are not air filled and the ride is rougher then my last chair. I use the chair inside and outside. Other then that the chair is great.

I think my chair still moves too fast even on one light slowest speed and I wish it was slower.
