If u keep the young man who deliver my chair u should'nt have any complaints. He's seem to enjoy his job n is very helpful. I would hire him if i had a company.

From the beginning my experience with hoveround has been totally awesome now John did delivered my new chair he was exceptional above and beyond the Call of Duty very patient spoke clearly spoke loudly enough for this old woman and yet this has been a pleasant experience and I thank all of you and hover around cause I'm sure one time or another I've talked to most of you so thank you.

There is a grinding noise as I am driving it, like gears grinding. He did not offer to adjust the arms and they needed it. Stil unablel to adjust the drive arm.

Mobility specialist was pleasant answered questions. She made a call to my PCP to schedule the required appointment and tried to get the Telehealth appointment sooner than what was available.
