the gentleman a was very knowledgeable. ,thorough. knew the machine extremely well and knew how to explain it to others.polite something a lot of people have lost now a days. and most of all left me that if i ever need help. you would be there with the help i needed.and thats a big thing now. because now so many , after u purchased something thats the last u see of that company. thanks i am very happy with hoverround

The doctors office dragged their feet in submitting all of the paperwork. Hoveround members were helpful and patient with my constant calls and even reached out to the doctors office to assist me in getting the paperwork submitted. Thank you thank you thank you.
