I spoke with Loyda who was outstanding in helping me with the Hoveround process and scheduled an appointment for my father to have a Mobilty Exam with his Doctor for tomorrow. Outstanding customer Service and I've worked Customer Service for years so I was pleasently surprised with her service. Loyda is a 10 for Customer Service and I would recommend Hoveround to anyone I know. Thank you for outstanding Customer Service.
