A bit difficult to understand the first contact, but he was very friendly and replied up to three times to have me understand. Not all his fault because being old I'm a little hard of hearing as well. As for the others, they were clear and precise and also friendly and made me feel comfortable chatting with them. She went out of her way to contact my physician and we worked out the logistics of the next step in this endeavor.

my instructions with Mr. Floyd were thorough and very apparent and that he knows this product very well. Only item I would like to add would be to have a followup..
