Finding the proper mobility and seating solution can feel overwhelming. That’s why our team at Hoveround Mobility Solutions (HMS) is here to guide you through each step. From evaluation to delivery and support, our team is here to help.
What is the process?
Here is the general breakdown:
1. Consultation
Our Specialists will take your contact, insurance, and doctor information to determine if insurance will cover the equipment.* Starting the process takes just a few minutes! We are a national company that accepts most insurances including Medicare and private insurances.
2. Evaluation
The patient will be evaluated by a doctor and in some cases physical therapists and/or an Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) to determine mobility needs. We will submit paperwork to insurance for review and approval.
3. Delivery & Service
We will coordinate a date/time to deliver equipment. An experienced Rehabilitation Technical Support (RTS) person will adjust the equipment, provide training, and answer any questions. We will service, repair, and replace the equipment (as necessary) for its useful life.
*Insurance coverage depends on medical necessity as determined by insurer. Valid doctor’s prescription required.
