My call was answered within 15 minutes. The representative answered all my questions, even helped set up an appointment with PCP. The only problem with Hoverround is the back needs to be slightly higher and foot pad out a little. Otherwise it is a perfect chair

She made me feel comfortable. Sometimes I don't always understand things. She was easy to talk to along with Aetna customer service. She went the whole way with us. I love when you get good customer service and take care of you. Makes you feel like they really do care.

The specialist I spoke to was very proactive.. she even called the drs office to get the prescription and analysis faxed to Hoveround so I didn't have to. The agent I spoke to before the agent was also helpful but had a hard time understanding him, but he was very thorough.
