Preparation for the actual delivery begins the moment an RTS receives a client's paperwork, explains Hoveround Field Services Trainer, Jeff Palmer. We conduct a thorough review of the equipment order to be sure the needs of the client are understood, and that the service van is fully-equipped with the necessary parts to complete the delivery event in the field.
