Description
Evaluates, delivers, and services mobility equipment to clients in a designated service territory. Completes measurements as needed and provides customer service and technical assistance. Performs the service and repair to personal mobility equipment; and maintains external service office and inventory. Completes scheduled appointments as assigned and schedules replacement appointments, as needed.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent related experience.
- Minimum one year of experience performing technical service. Experience with in-home service.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
- Previous warehouse experience.
- Above average verbal and written communication skills.
- Electro- Mechanical aptitude and experience.
- Valid driver’s license in state of hire.
- Good driving record.
- Computer literacy in a Windows environment.
