Loading your Hoveround MPV5 power wheel chair from the rear of the car means you are safer from on coming traffic versus a side loading chair lift.
Curbs won’t cause you problems with your chair lift either.
HOVERlift’s unique patent-pending chair lift design requires just two tie-down ratchets instead of four, making loading your Hoveround MPV5 power wheel chair quicker and easier.

Additional features & capabilities
• Manual crank capability for up or down in the event you lose power.
Equipped with a hex fitting on the top end of the mechanism allowing the ability to manually raise or lower the lift with a 3/8” socket wrench.
• Can be removed from the car quickly if needed.
If a situation arises that requires the removal of the lift from your car, this can be done quickly by a trained Hoveround representative. This also allows you to store your HOVERlift inside during periods of the year when you’re not using your lift.
• Can be installed on another vehicle with an approved hitch of the same specifications.
If you have another vehicle with a hitch of the same or heavier weight rating specifications, the HOVERlift can be moved onto that other vehicle.
