If your power mobility chair is being repaired or serviced for an extended period, will the power chair company provide a loaner?
After you become accustomed to getting around in your new power mobility chair, you won’t want to be without it – even for a day. That’s why we have the “Never Without Wheels” Guarantee. If your power chair ever requires extended service, we promise to supply you with a temporary replacement until your power mobility chair is repaired.3 Most repairs are completed in the comfort of your own home within one service visit. Our competitors often leave their customers who need power mobility chair repairs without a power chair for several days and in some cases weeks. That’s because they use subcontractors (non-company employees) to make in-home service visits. Subcontractors work for a variety of mobility product manufacturers. This also makes it difficult to stock parts for all of the possible power chair service and repair needs. Often, necessary parts have to be ordered.
