That's why we manufacture electric wheel chairs and electric scooters that require minimal service. However, should service needs arise; we offer the very best customer service. That's because we know that you rely on your Hoveround electric wheelchair or electric scooter to make your life more enjoyable. And we want to have you moving again as soon as possible.
Hoveround Electric Wheel Chair Service
Our service team is available by phone 24 hours a day to handle emergency service needs. We are always only a toll-free call away to promptly solve your service issue. When possible, we will solve the problem immediately by troubleshooting over the phone. If we can't solve the issue over the phone, we schedule an in-home service visit with a Mobility Specialist.
Other electric wheelchair companies use subcontractors (people who are not employees) to make in-home service visits. Subcontractors work for a variety of electric wheel chair manufacturers. This makes it difficult to develop in-depth knowledge about specific electric wheelchairs, electric scooters and accessories. This also makes it difficult to stock parts for all of the possible service and repairs across so many electric wheel chair and electric scooter lines. Often, necessary parts have to be ordered. Then, a follow-up visit is scheduled to make the repairs. This leaves the customer without an electric wheel chair or electric scooter for days or even weeks. This is not the case with Hoveround.
All Hoveround service visits are completed by our Mobility Specialists. These are Hoveround employees trained to service your electric wheelchair or electric scooter. And because Hoveround vans are fully stocked with Hoveround electric wheel chair or electric wheel chair parts, virtually every service issue is resolved on the spot.
Never Without Wheels Electric Wheelchair Guarantee
Most service requests are resolved by our Mobility Specialists within the first service visit. However, if your electric wheelchair requires extended service -- temporary replacement equipment1 will be provided for you to use until your electric wheel chair is repaired. We guarantee you will never be ‘without wheels’ again.
