On the day our factory trained mobility specialist delivers your Hoveround power chair to your home, you'll be greeted by someone who is much more than a delivery person. Each one of our Rehab Technology Specialists (RTS) has the knowledge and experience to understand your individual mobility needs.
The RTS will personally adapt your Hoveround to fit your body's needs by adjusting things such as the seat and armrests height and positions, as well as installing the controller on the armrest that best suits you. The RTS will then train you on how to safely maneuver your Hoveround power chair in your home and your immediate surroundings. They will also review the manual with you and how to keep your Hoveround in tip-top shape.
